Attention, Techies!

Fall 2005

Got a knack for tech? Under a new voucher program administered by Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES), servicemembers in information technology jobs or with IT experience through training or education may qualify to take a Microsoft® Certification exam at no cost.

The program is scheduled to run for two years but the number of vouchers is limited, so interested persons should apply now. Rules governing eligibility are identical to any DANTES-funded exam as stated in the DANTES Examination Program Handbook (DEPH), Part I, pages 2-4. Eligible participants include active-duty and Reserve members from all services, including the Coast Guard.

Certification examinations are important because they document your level of competency and achievement in a particular area. Get answers to questions about the program, apply for a test voucher and register for the exam of your choice at www.dantes-microsoft-test.com/application.php.
